Russell Simmons Sued for Another Alleged Rape

Russell Simmons has been hit with a $10 million suit blaming him for assault. 



In a protest recorded in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Friday, a lady distinguished just as Jane Doe blamed Simmons for assaulting her in his inn room. The protest does not give much insight about when or where the claimed occurrence happened. Simmons has been blamed by no less than nine ladies for different types of sexual unfortunate behavior, and was sued for an asserted assault in January. He has unyieldingly denied bad behavior. 

The new claim guarantees that the lady met Simmons at a show, where she was overseeing her child. As per the grievance, Simmons welcomed her to an after-party. She dropped off her child with a sitter before joining Simmons at the lodging where he was stating. They went to a dance club before coming back to his room. 

The suit charges that Simmons attracted her into the room, promising that he was not keen on sex since he was dating a notable model. When she was inside the room, in any case, the suit claims Simmons stated, "I am going to f—you," and that he additionally debilitated her child. 

"Simmons tossed her on the informal lodging her," the suit peruses. 

In an announcement, Simmons denied the claim and said he had breezed through a lie locator test. 

"I eagerly deny every one of the affirmations made against me," he said. "They have stunned me to my center as I have never been oppressive or vicious in any capacity in my relations with ladies. I have submitted myself to various lie identifier tests. I denied constrained sex and inappropriate behavior affirmations brought against me in each test; I additionally addressed no to the inquiry, 'Have you at any point physically constrained any lady to have sex?' I passed the greater part of the lie indicator tests."

Simmons moved to one side from his organizations when claims against him initially surfaced in November.
